NOT ADVERTISING IS ALLOWED THROUGH THIS FORM. THIS FORM IS FOR BOOKING PURPOSE ONLY.

Before you book your class or workshop, read carefully the terms and conditions:

1-You will be notified of our decision to add your class or workshop to our schedule.

2-After 2 months of class inactivity, you will be removed from the schedule and the website instructor section.

3-Failing to respect the rules listed below, you will be charged or restricted from using the studio.

CONDITIONS TO USE THE STUDIO:

1- Take your shoes off before entering the studio and place them on the shoe rack.

2- Lower your voice, respecting the zen of the studio.

3- Leave the studio clean as you found it. The studio will be checked after you. You will be charged $50 if you leave it dirty. A sweeper is provided to clean the floors after you.

4- Put the equipment back in place.

5- You will be responsible for your students if something is missing or broken in your shift.

6- Respect other person's belongings.

NOT ALLOWED:

1- Shoes inside the studio.

2- Burn candles or incense.

3- Move or touch the plants.

4- Leave hazardous debris on the floor.

5- FOOD IS NOT ALLOWED INSIDE THE STUDIO.
