    2024 Community Connections Celebration 

    Registration Form

     

    The Johnson County Library is launching our 2024 Summer Reading Adventure on Saturday, June 1st at the Central Resource Library.

    We are inviting local organizations like yours to join us from 11 AM to 2 PM to connect with community members and introduce them to new hobbies to try, groups to join, and other adventures to explore this summer.

    Register below to reserve a table at the event.

      

    Important Dates and Information:   

    Date: Saturday, June 1st, 2024

    Location: Central Resource Library 9875 W. 87th Street, Overland Park, KS  

    Event Time:  11:00 AM - 2:00 PM Setup Time: 10:15 AM - 11:00 AM

    Please note the following: 

    • Your organization will be provided with a table and 2 chairs
    • Free WiFi is available
    • Audience is elementary age to adult

    You may edit your information after submission. You may reserve your space now and finalize activity and contact info at a later date.

  • Activities or Demonstrations

     We have a limited number of spaces and time slots for groups that have larger activities and demonstrations to share. This would be in addition to having a table at the event.

     If your group is interested, let us know, and we will follow up with you if we are able to accomodate your activity. 

  • Setup and Breakdown Coordination 

    Set-up Hours: 10:15 AM to 11:00 AM day of event

    Break-down hours: 2:00 PM - 3:00 PM day of event

    (Un)loading before and after the event:

    Please park in front of the library and use the main entrance to bring in your supplies. 

  • Signage and Publicity

    You are welcome and encouraged to bring signage and handouts to the event, including:

    • Horizontal banners that you can hang on the front of your table
    • Table-top signage
    • Handouts such as cards, packets, giveaways, stickers, candy etc.
