Help is requested for set-up, clean-up and volunteering during the open hours of the event. Students are encouraged to help with adult supervision.

Set-Up:

Thursday, May 9 | 12:30-3:30pm

Must be able to help move and set up 85 2ft wide and 3 ft tall display boards.

Event Dates:

Friday, May 10 | 7:30am-12:00pm

Friday, May 10 | 5:00-8:00pm

Saturday, May 11 | 9:00am-4:00pm

Saturday, May 11 | 5:00-6:30pm

Sunday, May 12 | 9:00am-2:30pm

Monitor the exhibit making sure the space stays prayerful and reverent.

Clean-up:

Monday, May 13 | 8:30-10:30am

Must be able to help take down and move 85 2ft wide and 3 ft tall display boards.
