  • Vendor Application for 2026 Ellice Street Festival

    Priority will be given to non-profit organizations, registered charities, community groups, etc.
  • This is your chance to be part of the 2026 Ellice Street Festival.

    This form is for BOTH Community Corner booths & Marker Market Booths.

    Community Corner: Local non-profits, charities, and outreach organizations. 

    Makers Market: Makers of all kinds. Independent Indigenous makers are encouraged to apply.

    Priority will go to organizations that serve residents of the West End, West Broadway, and other central Winnipeg neighbourhoods, or Indigenous Makers living in the area.


    Due to limited space available, you may be waitlisted. If we have spaces open up after applications close, we'll go to the waitlist to fill them.

    Fees:

    NO FEE TO APPLY - DO NOT SEND PAYMENT UNTIL WE CONFIRM YOU HAVE BEEN SELECTED

    If selected, fees for both areas are listed below.

    $25 - booth space up to 8 feet wide and 8 feet deep with 2 chairs - NO TABLE INCLUDED

    $50 - booth space up to 8 feet wide and 8 feet deep - with one 6 or 8 foot table and 2 chairs provided

    $65 - booth space up to 8 feet wide and 8 feet deep with 2 chairs - with two 6 or 8 foot tables and 2 chairs provided, set up in an L-shape

    PLEASE NOTE: Booths are on the street in full sun. We encourage you to bring your own canopy or shade, and canopy weights if there is wind. We do not currently have the resources to be able to provide these.
    Booths not paid for by April 20th will be considered unconfirmed and subject to cancellation without notice, to be replaced by someone on the wait list.

    EVENT DAY GUIDELINES & PROCEDURES:

     

    REGISTRATION AND SET UP:

    Saturday, June 6, 2026 10:00-11:00 AM

    EVENT: Saturday, June 6, 2026 11:00AM - 4:00PM

    CLEAN UP: Saturday, June 6, 2026 4:00PM – 5:30PM

     

     

           Vendors (and assistants):

    • Are required to provide all necessary items to set up their booth/table. 
    •        Shall not remove their booth/table prior to the end of the event.  
    •       must maintain their spaces in a clean condition and remove all waste before leaving the event. 
    • Are expected to display professionalism, courtesy, and respect, when speaking or dealing with all guests.

     

    All booths are subject to the West End Cultural Centre's policies of safer spaces, diversity and inclusion.

    THE WEST END CULTURAL CENTRE RESERVES THE RIGHT TO REMOVE ANY MATERIAL(S) OR VENDOR(S) THAT VIOLATE THIS POLICY. The policy can be found online here: https://www.wecc.ca/venue 

     

    The West End Cultural Centre reserves the right to market you/your items before/during/after to include social media and photos (we use a photo taken at one event including your picture to advertise our next event).
