    Initial Assessment and Estimated Cost:  The estimated cost provided is solely based on the initial assessment.

    Notification of Additional Costs:  If the final cost surpasses the estimated amount, the customer will be promptly notified of any changes before further repairs are undertaken.

    Accepted Payment Methods: Payment methods accepted onsite include cash and credit cards (with a 2% Card Processing fee).  Online Payments are accepted through a payment link. Please let the technician know your preferred method.

    No Fix, No Charge Policy: If the technician could not fix the issue, he would not charge the customer anything. This policy does not cover pre-existing issues or damages undisclosed during the initial consultation.

    Diagnose Fee :Only the dead devices partially or fully will be charged for non refundable $35 diagnose fee , if device is not fixable the credit will be use for any future service of minimum $75 excluding the parts prices. 

    Liquid Damage Device : If a device has liquid damage, the technician will only repair the mainboard as per the quoted price. Any additional damage to other components such as RAM, Hard disk, LCD, keyboard, mouse/Trackpad, or any other part is not covered in the quoted price and may incur additional charges if need fix/replacement. 

    Data Loss Responsibility: The technician is not liable for any data loss, Customers are strongly advised to back up their data before submitting the device for repair. Data recovery service is a separate service and separate charges apply if required, ask from technician for rates.

    Device Collection: The device must be collected within 7 days of notification of its readiness. If the customer is unable to pick up the device within this timeframe, payment must be made online, and the device can be picked up at a later time.

    Payment:  Customers must pay the estimated repair cost upon successfully resolving the reported issue. Payment must be made in full before the customer's device is picked up

    Customer Agreement:
    I have read and understand the terms and conditions outlined above. I authorize Skyview Computers to proceed with the agreed-upon repair services. By submitting their device for repair, the customer agrees to abide by these terms and conditions.
