Breakthrough Program Overview: Unlock Your Potential

Eligibility:

FFL agents producing less than 20k in a month are automatically eligible for the Breakthrough Program.

Start Date:

The program launched on February 1, 2024.

Qualification Criteria:

Agents producing 10k+ in a month automatically qualify for the next month of the program.

Retroactive rewards: Agents receive monthly benefits in the first week of the following month.

Perks:

Agents advancing to month 2 receive the first week of a targeted 4-week training during the second month of the program.

Example Scenario:

An agent producing 10k between Feb. 1-29, 2024, receives their first training week in early March, and month 2 requirements commence. Subsequently, issuing 15k qualifies them for month 3, and so on.

Grace Period:

The program includes a 1-month grievance period. If an agent cannot meet advancement requirements, they have a following month to 'redo' that month. Failure to meet requirements that second month forfiets the agent from continuing on the program. 

Example Grace Period:

Month 1 (April): Issue 10k
Month 2 (May): Issue 15k
Month 3 (June): Issue 15k (Should have been 20k)
Month 3 (July): Issue 20k

Month 2 Criteria:

Agents that produce 15k+ in month 2 of the program automatically advance.

 

Perks:

Agents that produce at least 15k in month 2 will receive exclusive training from FFL's President, Shawn Meaike, and a bonus training from FFL's Top Producer.

 Month 4 Criteria:

Agents that consistently produce 20k+ in month 4 of the program automatically advance.

 

Perks:

Agents that produce at least 20k in month 4 will receive $1,000 worth of exclusive FFL Lead Vouchers.

 

 Month 5 Criteria:

Agents that consistently produce 20k+ in month 5 of the program automatically advance.

 

Perks:

Agents that produce at least 20k in month 5 will receive $1,500 worth of exclusive FFL Lead Vouchers.

 Month 6 Criteria:

Agents that consistently produce 20k+ in month 6 of the program automatically graduate the Breakthrough Program.

 

Perks:

Agents that maintain at least 20k in month 6 will receive:

• $2,000 in Exclusive FFL Lead Vouchers
• Graduate Gift Box
