Energetic Activation Retreats
Please carefully review the following terms and conditions for Energetic Activation Retreats:
1. Application Approval and Deposit Payment:
Upon approval of your retreat application, you become eligible to secure your space. All deposits, constituting 25% of the total cost, are non-refundable. Following each payment, a new invoice will be issued for your records.
2. Payment Schedule:
A non-refundable deposit of 25% of the retreat cost is required to secure your spot.
50% of the remaining balance must be settled 90 days before the retreat start date.
The total remaining balance must be paid in full 60 days before the retreat start date.
3. Timely Payments:
In the event that a payment exceeds the 7-day grace period, the organizer reserves the right to cancel the package. Your timely adherence to the payment schedule is appreciated to avoid any disruptions to the reservation process.
4. Changes and Cancellations:
All requests for changes or cancellations must be submitted in written form. For cancellations within 60 days of the check-in date, unfortunately, none of the paid amount is refundable. The organizer may cancel the package if a payment surpasses the 10-day grace period, aiming to secure an alternative guest promptly.
Package transfers are permitted, and assistance is provided in selling the package, minus an admin fee. It is important to note that any potential new guest interested in acquiring the package must align with the objectives and nature of our deep healing retreat. Their acceptance as a new participant is contingent upon this alignment. If there is a waitlist, its possible we can move your ticket to someone on that list. If the package doesn't sell, it stays non-refundable.
5. Refund Policy:
The initial 25% deposit is non-refundable. Cancellations within 60 days of the check-in date result in the non-refundability of the entire paid amount.
6. Late Reservations:
Reservations made within 60 days of the retreat start date require full payment upfront to secure your space. Please note that these bookings are non-refundable.
Additional Notes:
Airfare, visa fees upon arrival, travel insurance, and health insurance are not included.
Guests must travel with health insurance, be well-informed of their coverage, and possess a 24hr contact line.
Please understand that it is your responsibility to read and understand the cancellation policies. No exceptions can be made for any reason, including weather, injury/illness, or personal emergencies.
No refunds or credits for failure to attend or complete the retreat, or for arriving late or leaving early.
Considering unforeseen events, we recommend purchasing travel insurance covering both trip cancellation and medical expenses.
Ensure your passport is valid for at least 6 months from the arrival date and have proof of a return ticket.
