CONTRACT AGREEMENT

Dear future customer,

We appreciate your business and would like to thank you in advance for booking with Luxury Dates.

Our set-ups require a 24hour turnaround on items, meaning we will let you know which items NEED to be returned within a 24 hour time frame. Some of these items include: Tea lights, table cloths, any display table items, rose petals, lights, Picnic basket/table, Any Add on items, glasses, etc. We will pick them up promptly or meet you somewhere to retrieve them.

IF the items are not returned in the manner of which they were received, you will be 100% RESPONSIBLE for reimbursing Luxury Dates. We trust that all items will be respected and and returned in their original state. Failure to complete the request will result in legal action and permanent booking request denial. All damaged items MUST be reimbursed in a 24 hour time frame. NO EXCEPTIONS!! We thank you for your business and cooperation.
