Age/Requirements: Your child should be 3 or 4 years old by December 1 in order to enroll. Children entering our 3 and 4-year-old classes should be potty-trained. All classes meet from 9:00 a.m. until 12:00 p.m. (Monday through Friday). We must also receive a current copy of your child's vaccinations, as well as their birth certificate.

Volunteering Requirement: All Grace Place families are required to
volunteer 10 hours per year per family.

Tuition Management: Tuition may be paid in full or in 10 monthly installments (August 2024 through May 2025)

Discounts: A multi-child discount is available for 2 or more children. Ten percent (10%) tuition discount applies to the second (younger) child and each subsequent younger child. A 3% discount is offered for prepayment of the full year's tuition if paid by August 1st. This discount is not applicable to before or aftercare programs, registration, supply, curriculum, activity, or other fees.

Adjustments: Grace Place Preschool reserves the right to adjust tuition during the school year should it become necessary due to the cost of operations. Parents will be notified of the change immediately.

Grace Place Preschool Withdrawal Policy: Curriculum, supply, application, registration, assessment, and tuition fees are nonrefundable. The overhead expenses of Grace Place Preschool do not diminish if a student withdraws after enrollment. Should a family wish to withdraw their student(s), a written notice must be given to Grace Place Preschool's administration at least 30 days in advance. Parents will be held financially responsible for three months of tuition for each child enrolled at Grace Place Preschool, not to exceed the remaining amount of tuition if withdrawing at the end of the school
year, as well as all remaining balances of care fees, if enrolled. Following the receipt and acknowledgment of this withdrawal notice, the enrollment agreement is unconditionally enforced unless moving due to military re-assignment, job transfer, or circumstances for which the Grace Place Preschool Board of Directors deem to qualify for tuition release. There will be no refund of other fees.

As the parent of a child or children in Grace Place Preschool, I understand that my children may be photographed or videotaped while attending Grace Place during normal hours, field trips or activities. These photographs may be used in, but not limited to, school newsletters, the school website and Facebook page.

An application fee of $125 is due at the time an application is submitted for all prospective students. This fee is non-refundable. To hold a place for your child, we require the application fee and the first month's tuition.*
