Studio Membership Contract

STUDIO MEMBERSHIP

• $8 Monthly Membership fee.
• Lock in the discounted price of $55/Studio Tan (saves $10/Studio Tan) for UNLIMITED Studio Tans a month.
• Exclusive MEMBERS ONLY special discounts throughout the year.
• 3 Month commitment to join.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

• Requirement of 3 consecutive months minimum commitment to start a membership. 
  • Regardless of the amount of days left during the month you signed up, will count as your first month of membership.
• The membership will continue month to month after the initial 3 month commitment.
• Your card on file will be charged the $8 membership fee once you fill out and sign the membership contract. For the consecutive months, your card on file will be charged the $8 membership fee on the 1st of each month. 
  • The membership fee is nonrefundable, nontransferable, and has no cash value.
  • The membership fee will not be prorated regardless of when your membership starts. 
  • If you do not get a tan during the months of your membership, the membership fee will not be used as a credit toward services or retail.
• It is the sole responsibility of the member to book their appointments within the paid months. Availability of service does not affect the charge of the paid memberships. If no appointments are available at the time of booking, the membership fee will not be refunded. Please book as soon as you can or in advance.
• The discounted membership price only applies to Studio Tans, not aplicable on Mobile Tans.
• The discounted membership price is for the member only and does not apply to tans for other people paid by the member. 
• Certain sales, promotions, or other discounts may not apply.
• All policies of Spray Tans By Megan apply to the membership tans.
  • CANCELLATIONS/RESCHEDULING withing 24hrs of the appointment time: You can choose to pay the cancellation fee of 50% of the booked services or use your one paid Studio Tan as the cancellation fee if you haven't used it during that month.
  • NO SHOW or not showing up after 5 minutes of the start of your appointment time will result in an immediate cancellation of your appointment and will count as your one paid Studio Tan if you have not used it during that month. If you have already used your one paid Studio Tan, then your card on file will be used to charge the NO SHOW Fee of 100% of the booked services.
  • DAMAGES: If you or anyone at your appointment damages the property of Spray Tans By Megan, the cost to replace the exact item will be charged to the card on file.
  • Any of the fees listed above are nonrefundable and nontransferable.
• Spray Tans By Megan membership pricing is subject to change without notice. Any current memberships will be given notice of the price change and finish out the current month at the contracted rate with the option to continue their membership or cancel at the end of the current month. The new rate will be implemented on the 1st of the next billing month. 
• Spray Tans By Megan reserves the right to end the membership program at any point without prior notice. Notice will be given to current members to be able to finish out their current month at the discounted membership rate. 
• Spray Tans By Megan reserves the right to refuse service/membership or cancel any existing membership without prior notice to any customer who engages in disruptive behavior, violates our terms of service, poses a safety risk to staff or other customers, fails to comply with our payment policies or any other Spray Tans By Megan's business policies. 

TO CANCEL A MEMBERSHIP:

• To cancel a membership: The member must notify Spray Tans By Megan in writing before 12AM on the first of the month. After 12AM on the first of each month, the member will be charged for another month of membership. No Exceptions.

TO REJOIN/RESTART MEMBERSHIP:

• If you cancel your membership and want to join the membership again, you must commit to 3 consecutive months to start the membership up again.

PAYMENT TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

• I agree to provide a current valid credit card info on file and permission to charge for all charges for the Membership including cancellation fees.
• If I need to update my credit card info, I agree to give Spray Tans By Megan new current valid credit card info before 12AM on the 1st of the month.
• If the charges do not go through for any reason, I agree to provide Spray Tans By Megan with current valid credit card info for all Membership charges within 24hrs of being notified of failure of payment.
• If I fail to provide payment, my Membership will be immediately cancelled and I will not be elligible for Membership in the future.
