1. Confidentiality of Information KIS CONSULT (“KIS”) is committed to maintaining the confidentiality and security of all information and documents provided by the Client through this form or any related platform. All personal, financial, business, and property-related information submitted shall be treated as strictly confidential.
2. Use of Information The information collected will be used solely for the purpose of providing the services requested by the Client, complying with legal, regulatory, or governmental requirements, and maintaining internal records as required by law. KIS does not sell, trade, or disclose Client information to third parties except when necessary to perform the requested service or when required by law.
3. Data Security Measures KIS employs reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect Client information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, or disclosure. Access to Client data is limited to authorized personnel and service providers who are bound by confidentiality obligations.
4. Third-Party Disclosure Client information may be shared only with third parties directly involved in the execution of the requested service (such as notaries, county recording offices, or secure service platforms), strictly to the extent necessary to fulfill the service. All such disclosures are made in good faith and in compliance with applicable data protection laws.
5. Client Responsibility The Client acknowledges responsibility for ensuring that documents and information submitted are accurate and authorized for disclosure. KIS is not responsible for breaches resulting from incorrect submission, unauthorized sharing by the Client, or third-party systems outside KIS’s reasonable control.
6. No Absolute Guarantee While KIS takes commercially reasonable steps to protect Client data, the Client understands that no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure. Accordingly, KIS cannot guarantee absolute security but commits to acting promptly and responsibly in the event of any data incident.
7. Consent By submitting this form, the Client consents to the collection, use, storage, and processing of their information in accordance with this Confidentiality & Data Protection Notice.
