Failure to pay your assocaiton dues could result in collections, garnishment, judgement, lien, or foreclosure. Interest, late fees, and legal fees pay be applied to past-due accounts. We pursure all blight violations.
The current association dues are: $332 for a primary lot and $166 for a secondary lot and are subject to change with with a membership vote. Assessments are due annually on April 1st of each year. We do NOT prorate association dues. You will own for the fiscal year of purchase as well as each year your own.
Upon sale, we will need a copy of the newly recorded deed to remove a lot from your name.
