Congratulations on becoming one of our gracious HD Vendors!

This year's theme is "Legacy". Our goal is to serve 1,000 (500 unsheltered persons and 500 LA Muslims in need). We expect 65 volunteers.

List of important points:
- Date: Sunday, March 1st
- Location: Glayds Park: 6th & Gladys Ave.
- Booth Set up: 9:00 am
- Orientation: 10:30 am
- Start Time: 11:30 am
- Closing Remarks: 1:30 pm
- Event Clean-Up: 2:00 pm
Booth vendors please coordinate the delivery and pick up of gift items.

After the completion of the form please expect:

1. A follow-up call

2. An email of the event layout
