Birthday Event Registration Form

The Scribble Garden Birthday Parties are a fun and creative way for your child to celebrate their special day.

Parties for ages 4 & up
Minimum of 8 to reserve
1.5-2 hours depending on the project you choose. ie; mini fondant cakes require 2 hours

We provide an instructor & aides for each party.
We decorate to your color theme
We provide all paper goods and supplies.
We serve pizza $13.00 per pie
We create matching sundaes to sing Happy Birthday $5.00 ea. or you may bring in your own dessert.
Events are all drop-off only. Birthday child may have up to 3 important adults attend.
During warmer months we can set up our sugar shack (pink tent) for outdoor seating
