Thank you for thinking of Cabin108 for your fundraiser!

Each year, we set aside funds that is allocated to give back and support the bow valley community. However, requests have become so numerous that they exceed our financial capabilities.

We will happily consider your request once we receive this form. All applications/requests must be submitted at least 30 days prior to the event/fundraiser. Therefore, we are unable to promise immediate availabilty for donations. Please upload any documents (if any) requesting donations at the bottom of the page.

If your request is granted, Cabin108 reserves the right to use your organizatoin's name as a donation recipnt in any of Cabin108 marketing or advertising.
