Waiver
I am aware that any physical sport activity may cause accidental injury or harm among the athletes, and I assume any and all possible risk that may cause injury, illness, or death arising to such activity. I agree to waive my right to pursue any claim against the Commission and the Organizing Committee of this event.
By registering for the event, you expressly and unequivocally consent to the processing of personal data by the organizer in accordance with Regulation No. 679/2016 adopted by the Council of the European Union.
Considering the legal provisions regarding false declarations:
I DECLARE ON MY OWN RESPONSIBILITY:
– I have informed myself in detail about the event, both on my own behalf and on behalf of the minor in my care (if applicable), and I assume, accept consciously and voluntarily all known and unknown risks, even if they result from the negligence or action or omission of the organizers, partners, collaborators, sponsors or others, and I assume full responsibility and all risks for my participation and/or that of my minor protégé in the event, being fully responsible for my own actions.
– I agree consciously and voluntarily to comply with all terms and conditions related to participation in the event presented in the Official Competition Regulations. If, however, I observe any unusual and/or significant danger in my presence at this event, I renounce my participation or that of my minor protégé and draw the attention of the closest person from the staff / route volunteers to the danger.
– Under the conditions provided by law, the undersigned, in my own name and/or on behalf of the minor in my care (if applicable), and of our heirs, assignees, spouses, partners, personal representatives and/or relatives, waive, pay, release myself from rights and agree not to file a lawsuit against the organizers, operators and owners of the event, collaborators, sponsors, partners, volunteers, employees, contractors, representatives and their affiliates as the case may be, any person or subsidiary, predecessor, successor, heir, assignee, direct or indirect media partner, associated sponsor, social cause partner, medical partner or provider or other type of partner/collaborator of those mentioned above; with reference to any complaint, claim or loss and all injuries, disabilities, death and/or loss or damage caused to persons or property, in connection with my participation and/or the participation of the minor in my care (if applicable) in the event.
– that I have informed myself about the risks associated with pole sports/aerial sports (including, but not limited to: collisions other objects, people, other participants, etc.; falls, slips, cuts, scratches, fractures, sprains, dislocations, injuries; physical exertion, exhaustion), I am aware of all the risks involved and I release the organizers from liability.
– that I am physically and mentally fit and will comply with the rules presented by the organizers. If my health condition no longer allows me to perform, I will stop to avoid any danger. I am aware of the risks of performing, I fully assume them and I release the organizers from any liability.
– that I am not and will not be under the influence of alcoholic beverages and/or drugs, hallucinogenic substances, narcotics or any medication of any nature that may prevent or disrupt physical or mental activity
– The undersigned, in my own name and/or on behalf of the minor in my care (if applicable), certify and confirm the following:
(1) unless otherwise stated, I have reached the age of 18 and I am legally signing in my own name or, and/or if applicable, as a guardian
(2) the participant is free from any diseases, is physically and mentally fit (medically proven) for physical exertion, regardless of the specific weather conditions on the day of the event, being fully responsible for my own actions
(3) the participant has medical insurance or assumes all expenses caused by a possible injury, and I am aware and informed of the inherent risks related to participation in such events and I declare that participation is entirely voluntary
(4) I agree to provide first aid and other medical treatment and related services, including evacuation/transportation, in the event of injury or illness during participation, and hereby release the organizers and their collaborators/partners from any liability or claim related to treatment and/or services
– The organizers reserve the right to postpone, cancel or modify the event due to factors beyond their control, factors that may affect the health and/or safety of the participants.
– The undersigned, on my own behalf and/or on behalf of the minor in my care (if applicable), irrevocably grant unlimited permission to use, sell, disseminate and distribute any photographs, images, video recordings or other illustrations of any kind, during / in the area / event area, for their legitimate use and I understand that I will not be entitled to any compensation in this regard.
– If any provision/point of this Declaration is deemed invalid or unenforceable by a competent court, all other provisions remain valid, according to the legal provisions in force.
