Pageant Information

Date: Saturday, April 20th

Time: Pageant Starts at 11AM - Registration Starts at 10AM

Location: Warren County High School Auditorium - 199 Pioneer Lane, McMinnville TN

Categories:

• Beauty $65 (Mandatory)
  • Sunday's Best for Boys and Up to Semi-Glitz Pageant Dress for Girls. Hair pieces and make-up is okay, but please keep it age appropraite. NO FLIPPERS.
• Division Side Awards $10 (Optional)
  • Best Dressed, Best Hair, Best Smile, Fan Favorite & Personality
  • Fan favorite is based on likes on the contestant photo on the event page on Facebook. Please send photo of contestant once entry form is completed. This is different from photogenic, as this photo is not judged.
• Photogenic $10 (Optional)
  • Bring a 4x6 (or larger) photo on pageant day. This photo will be judged.

Family Discounts $5 off each contestant's entry fees if 2 contestants from same household. $10 off each contestant's entry fees if 3 or more. 

Humanitarian:

There will be one overall humanitarian winner. This will be the contestant that collects the most items for the Humanitarian project. The project and items needed will be posted to the Facebook event page. 

People's Choice:

There will be 2-3 People's Choice winners depending on how many total contestants enter. There will be bags with contestant number and name for family and friends to vote. Each vote is $1. 

Grand Supreme:

If we reach 75 contestants or more, we will add Grand Supreme titles.

Awards:

• Division Queen - Crown and Sash
• Runner-Ups (Amount determined by entries) - Sash
• People's Choice - Crown and Sash
• Humanitarian - Crown and Sash
• Division Side Awards & Photogenic - Medal and/or Trophy

Crowning will be after each division, unless supremes are added. 

Schedule and supreme breakdowns will be released closer to pageant date. Please make sure that you are dressed and ready 15 minutes before your scheduled time. If we are running ahead, we will start as long as all contestants are checked in. 

 

A non-refundable deposit of $40 holds your spot. After March 1st, balances are due and entry fees must be paid in full at time of form submission.

If a child or parent is caught displaying unsportsman like behavior, you will be asked to leave. No refunds will be given and you will not be able to participate in any future pageants. 

 

Judges decisions are final. Director reserves the right to split, combine or drop age divisions based on entries.
