The Regional Lunch menu is as follows:
- Antipasti Siciliani, including a Sicilian style pizza from Trabia,
- Fresh assorted green salad and bread
- Pasta alla Norma, (Eggplant pasta sauce from Catania) with a special pasta called Busiante from Trapani
- Braised rustic Sicilian style sausage and onions in a Marsala wine sauce
- Cassata Siciliana (Ricotta and cream filling)
