Emilia Romagna is an Italian culinary powerhouse that stretches from the Adriatic Coast to Liguria, located in the North Central part of the country, and is part of the Italian "bread basket".
This menu will focus on the Adriatic side of the region. (Note, for people with seafood allergies please let us know when making a reservation, for a green salad).
