• It’s Jess Balloons Contract Agreement

  • Deposit & Payment Terms

    • A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required to secure the Event Planner’s services. The deposit must be paid upon signing this Agreement.

    • The remaining balance  is due no later than 14 days before the event date.

    • Payments can be made via cashapp ($itsjessballoons), Zelle (313)740-5224)

    • If the Client fails to make payments on time, It's Jess Balloons reserves the right to cancel services, and the deposit will not be refunded.

    -Events booked less than 14 calendar days full payment is due at booking. Deposits only transferable within 12 months. 

    - It's Jess Balloons can't guarantee any changes to design made within 14 calendar days of event. 

    Damages & Losses

    - The Client agrees to be responsible for any damage, theft, or loss of materials, equipment, or property provided by the It's Jess Balloons during the event.

    -If any items are lost, stolen, or damaged beyond normal wear and tear, the Client shall reimburse the It's Jess Balloons for the full replacement or repair cost. 

    Rental Policy

     All rented equipment must be returned in the same condition as it was at the time of pickup. The customer is responsible for any and all damages incurred during the rental period. Any damaged equipment will be inspected, and the customer will be billed accordingly after the assessment.

    Weather-Related Cancellations & Postponements

    • The Event Planner is not responsible for weather conditions that may affect the event.

    • If severe weather (e.g., hurricanes, floods, snowstorms) makes it impossible or unsafe to hold the event, the Client may reschedule, subject to the Event Planner’s availability.

    The Client must notify the Event Planner at least 7 days in advance to request rescheduling.

    • If the event proceeds despite adverse weather, the Event Planner will make reasonable efforts to fulfill the agreed services but will not be held liable for limitations caused by the weather.

    Balloon Setup & Liability

    Once the balloon setup is complete and approved by the Client, It’s Jess Balloons is not responsible for any mishaps, popping, deflation, or damage caused by weather, venue conditions, guests, or other external factors.

    • Any adjustments or repairs requested after setup that fall outside the initial agreement will incur an additional fee of $75 payable before services are rendered.

    • The Client is responsible for ensuring that the setup location is suitable for balloons and free from hazards that may cause premature deflation or damage.

    Balloons will oxidize when in the direct sunlight and the heat will cause them to oxidize which causes the balloons to pop or look discolored. It's recommended to place balloons in an shady area to prevent popping. 

    - It's Jess Balloons will be responsible for qweighting down décor when windy. Wind is some times high and decor will fall. I will do my best to anchor down all equipment.

    - Broken or un-inflated balloons can harm to young children and should be disposed of immediately. Children under the age of (7) should be under adult supervision while playing with balloons. 

    Photography & Marketing Release

    • It’s Jess Balloons reserves the right to take photos and videos of the balloon setup before, during, and after the event for promotional and marketing purposes, including but not limited to social media, website, and advertising materials.

    • The Client grants permission for these images to be used without compensation.

     Signatures & Agreement

     By signing below, both parties acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to the terms outlined in this contract. This agreement is legally binding and enforceable.
