    All rub on, messy, and oil based tanning solutions are not permitted at any INBF WNBF Natural Muscle Mayhem events or INBF WNBF Hercules.
    **If our staff see such products on your skin you will be asked to remove it, or you will not be allowed to compete. These rules are out of our hands and implemented by venue management.

    • Bodybuilding will be split into 3 weight classes
      • Lightweight - Under 165 lbs (under 74.84 kg)
      • Middleweight - 165.25 – 185 (74.95 - 83.91 kg)
      • Heavyweight - Over 185.25 lbs (Over 83.91 kg)
    • Fit Body, Women's BB - 1 class
    • Bikini, Figure, Men's Physique - Split evenly & competitively

    Please complete the following information; this will be read following pre-judge for Bodybuilding/Fit Body prior to performing your individual posing routine, and for all Figure, Bikini, Men’s Physique competitors as you perform your stage walk.

  • Drug Testing

    Every competitor will take a polygraph examination set by appointment. Appointments are set in order of entries received. The fee for polygraph is $80, and must be paid IN CASH on the day of the test. Testing is good for 6 weeks for Amateurs & Pro's. Open and overall winners will be urine tested. Promoters have the discretion to ask any competitor to submit a specimen for urine testing.

  • Waiver

    In consideration of your accepting this entry, I hereby intend to be legally bound for myself, my heirs, executors and administrators, and waive and releases any and all rights and claims for damages I may have against World Natural Bodybuilding Federation, LLC (WNBF), International Natural Bodybuilding Federation, Inc (INBF), California Natural Muscle, LLC, Tina Smith, Bob Bell, Nancy Andrews, Promoter(s), Event Venues (1) Sheldon High School (2) Stepinac High School New York, Louise K Taylor Theater Monrovia, CA, and any sponsors, agents, representatives and assigns for any and all injuries and/or losses suffered by me as a result of my participation and/or attendance at the event I have entered.
