Thank you for thinking of us for your fundraiser or event! We love to help non-profit organizations, schools and sports as much as we can. However, requests have become so numerous that they exceed our financial capabilities. We will happily consider your request once we receive this form. All requests should be submitted as early as possible - please submit at least 30 days prior to your event. We are unable to guarantee donation requests for immediate availability. All requests must be submitted here and not inside the boutique. We are unable to fulfill requests made by phone or on the spot. Please take a moment to fill out this form. Thank you!
