The purpose of the Fixture Alteration Request Form is to enable clubs to collaborate on requested alterations to the official match schedule.
- Changes to the official Match schedule for all Leagues will only be considered in exceptional circumstances.
- Fixture Alteration requests must be submitted at least seven (7) days ahead of the scheduled fixture, and the proposed new date for the fixture must be within fourteen (14) days of the originally scheduled match.
- Fixture alteration requests cannot be made within fourteen (14) days of the last match of the Premiership.
- Fixture alteration requests cannot be submitted for Cup or Championship matches.
It is the responsibility of the Club submitting this request to make contact with the opposition club to discuss the fixture change.
The fixture alteration should only be submitted once both clubs have agreed to the fixture change.
Football St George will confirm via return email whether the request has been approved or declined.
