Please be as thorough as possible when filling out this form. Forms that are poorly filled out are less likely to be chosen for an appointment slot. If you are unsure of exactly what you're wanting, please fill out as much info as possible. Describe what your envisioning for your tattoo to the best of your ability. Forms will be responded to via email/text so please make sure your contact information is filled out correctly. Please be ready to reply, confirm a date, and pay deposit to book your tattoo appointment. It may take several days before receiving a response, so thank you in advance for your patience.
Current pricing is $150 per hour. One hour minimum.
