      Before beginning this application, make sure you have the following ready to upload:

      1. Resume
      2. Three (3) Reference Letters
        • Senior Minister/Spiritual Leader
        • Someone who can verify your academic abilities
        • Someone who can attest to your character
      3. Essay (or you can copy/paste)
      4. Proof of Ordination (Previously Ordained Clergy / Ministerial applicants only)
      5. Signed Accrediting Commission International (ACI) Acknowledgement Form
      6. Signed Student Code of Conduct Form

      Official college, university and/or seminary transcripts may be required for some programs. Note that all official transcripts can be mailed to:

      Official transcripts may also be sent to info@jctseminary.org. In addition, there is a $100.00 USD non-refundable application fee. You will be directed to complete payment after submission. You can pay via PayPal or debit/credit card. If you prefer to pay using another payment method, then please send your request to info@jctseminary.org.

    • Note to TTA Applicants: Please request your official transcript or progress report from your UFBL Center showing successful completion of a Master Certificate or courses completed.

      List the name of your references below, and then upload their letters.
    • **1. Provide a Letter from your Senior Minister (or applicable Spiritual Leader) who can attest to your leadership abilities and responsibilities at your church/center. This letter must be on their organization's official letterhead.

      2. Provide Letter from someone who can verify your academic (teaching, presentation, writing and/or researching) ability.

      3. Provide a Letter from someone that can attest to your values, integrity, and character.

      Note: All letters should include the person's full name, email address, contact number and signature. Furthermore, to avoid any distortions in your uploaded file, we prefer letters be uploaded as PDFs, JPG or PNG files. (You may upload a scanned copy of the letters, if needed.)

       

      **If you are not affiliated with a church and are unable to submit a letter from a Senior Minister, then please contact the respective Dean of your program of interest.
