Thank you for your interest in sharing with the Title VI ECHO group!
The Title VI ECHO aims to respond to the needs of the nation’s growing Elder population, improve knowledge of the problems and needs of Elders, support training opportunities for personnel in the field of aging, and to explore best practices that improve the quality of life for Elders and their caregivers.
We all learn through each other's stories, experiences, struggles, and successes. We invite you to share your expertise, lived and learned, and to foster a forum where complex issues can be examined with nuance and care.
What Could You Share?
Submit a personal story or systems experience that has impacted the health, behavior, or functionality of you, of a client, or a family member.
OR recommend an exemplary program in your community for us to reach out to and add to the session agenda.
