Deadline Friday 19th April: This form is to be completed by all exhibitors who are carrying out a demonstration on their stand. This activity must be included in your Show Risk Assessment. This should detail in particular the control and monitoring of any safety procedures that need to be put in place. Please ensure the location of the demonstration is indicated on your stand plan. If your stand is a shell scheme please provide a layout plan with this form.

Exhibitor lorries with HIABS on the trailer or exhibitors needing to use specialized lifting equipment will only be allowed in the hall if the Organisers and ILS have been notified before Friday 19 April. Operators will be asked to show current LOLER inspection certificates and suitable and sufficient Risk Assessments, Lift Plan and Method Statements both pre-event and onsite.
