Thank you for your interest in St. Paul Westlake's first annual Holiday Boutique! We are planning a spectacular event and hope that you will be part of it. Below is an overview of offerings. If you are interested in participating, complete the application below and we will be in touch with you within 3 business days for approval status and payment details.

Quality local vendors offering an array of goods, supplies, and/or services:

Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year's gifts, decorations and supplies
Services to improve quality of life and home improvement
Christian ministry and personal growth resources
Direct sales reps are welcomed but limited to one per licensed company
Night before set-up times and assistance with unloading upon your arrival

Breakfast and lunch concessions available AND...
$8 food voucher for vendors who register by May 30, 2024

Extensive advertising of event: Social media, newspaper & magazines, all Cuyahoga & Lorain County Libraries, and signage throughout Westlake the week of the event

Lots of parking, handicap access, restrooms next to event space, and great Detroit Rd. location between Crocker & Columbia Rds. I-90 exits

Terms: Payment is due within 10 days of approval. Payment process will be provided upon approval. Written cancellation is required no later than August 15, 2024 for a full refund, after which payment is forfeited. Transfer, sublet, or sharing of space is not allowed. Exhibitor may bring one additional individual over the age of 15 to assist and one chair for said individual. Exhibitor must stay set-up for the entire event hours of 9am - 2pm on November 9, 2024. Space with electric is granted with payment on first come first serve registration. One exhibitor per logo licensed/trademarked company. Use, possession or sales of illegal substances, marijuana, alcohol, and smoking are prohibited everywhere on our property. Fire arms are prohibited. Inappropriate conduct is prohibited (profanity, harassment, aggressive behavior, etc.).
