  - What do you like to do in your free time? Any hobbies?
  - What do you want to do in the future? (Can ask more about that)

- What inspired you to become an EMT?
  - What do you like the most about what we do?
  - What was the most difficult call you ran or were a part of?
    
    Were there any lessons learned?
    
    How did you deal with the call afterward?

- Who is your biggest role model?
- What is one of the biggest challenges you overcame?
- What is something you are most proud of?
- If you had one superpower, what would it be and why?
- What extracurriculars are you most involved with? (Can ask from their application)
- How have you stepped out of your comfort zone in the past?
