Sessions options (both include portraits before the cake, including a family pose if desired):

Luxe Cake Smash

Colorful balloon garland and cake. Baby sits beside the cake. You provide a cake of your choice to fit your theme.

Vintage High Chair

White balloon garland and cake. Baby sits in a vintage high chair for the entire cake smash. You provide a very small, one layer white cake or cupcake.

Luxe Cake Smash Only: Do you have a theme for your first birthday party? I will do my best to incorporate colors etc that go well with your themed party.

Outfits should be simple and without a lot of layers. Well fitting overalls or simple one piece outfits are perfect. If you choose a dress, make sure baby has bloomers or something similiar so the diaper doesn't show when they are sitting down. For the Luxe cake smash, just about any cake will work, no need for writing on the cake. For the Vintage High chair cake smash, the cake needs to fit on the high chair tray and not block their face. One layer, simple white cake is preferred. A white cupcake is also very cute.

Your baby should be about 11 months old for this session.

Please make sure that you baby has tried cake before this session and that there are no allergies to dairy, eggs, etc.

Bring baby's favorite snack or treat in case we need to hide those behind the cake to help them be interested. Also, be ready to play their favorite song or show etc to get them happy. I do have WIFI at my studio. Bring a drink of some kind for them in case they need it after they try the cake.

Contract

Session Information & Understanding: The client understands that they will decide whether or not these images are made public and will make studio aware of these preferences. Based off the print/product agreement, the client is agreeable to the terms, conditions, and timeline of the session, and the delivery of images and products. The client states that they are 18 years or older. If the client is not 18 years or older, they understand a parent or legal guardian is required to sign this contract as well.

Online Proofing: Your gallery is available to order for 1 month. Once it is expired, there is a $25 fee to put your gallery back up.

Client Usage Rights/Copyrights: The photographs produced by this studio are protected by Federal Copyright Law (all rights reserved) and may not be reproduced in any manner without studio explicit written permission. It is a breach of this contract to reproduce the images in any form unless rights were purchased within the package for those images. Digital image purchases come with permission to print.

Digital Image License: Due to the digital nature of this product, no refunds can be given once you have purchased the downloads. Center Street Photography gives permission for these images to be printed as you see fit, but not to be edited and altered.

Reshoot Policy: One reshoot is offered free of charge in the event that a child is not cooperating or other unforseen events

Limit of Liability: In the unlikely event that photographs have been lost, stolen or destroyed for reasons within or beyond studio control, studio liability is limited to the return of all payments received for the portrait session. The limit of liability for a partial loss of originals will be a prorated amount of the exposures lost based on the percentage of total number of originals.e been made. Orders will not be processed until payment in full is received. If client has arranged a payment plan, photos will not be delivered until paid in full.

Injury Liability:Photographer is not responsible for any injuries inflicted upon any participating parties. Client(s) will be responsible for their children and for themselves and release photographer from any claims against their person or their business. Client assumes all risks for any allergies or choking with child consuming cake.

Privacy: Images taken during your session may be used on social media, my website, advertising etc. No names are used. If you would prefer your images to be kept private, please let me know.
