Thank you for your interest in purchasing a lot and building a home in our Nu Kemet Community located at 3195 Old Balls Ferry Rd. and 2651 Old Balls Ferry Rd, Toomsboro, GA 31090.

ELIGIBILITY/REQUIREMENTS

You must be a BAF member for at least 1 year.

You must build an a-frame, pyramid style home.

You must have a bank pre-approval for the purchase amount of lot/home to go into contract.

BAF/Pyramid Real Estate Development LLC receives first right of purchase at appraised value if/when you decide to sell.

All homeowners will be part of the Little Kemet HOA (HOA monthly fee to be determined and will cover the costs of maintenance of roads and common landscaping, security, and trash.)
