    Because you are filling out our model form we ask you read through this short paragraph. 

    Our education for extensions is beyond just the intial install. We want to make sure you have success with your growouts so we can further educate on them with Hannah. 

    With that being said it is a requirement that you keep your extensions in for a minimum of 6 months in order to take advantage of our extension model promo. 

     

    Pricing is as follows: 

     

    Promo Model Install: 

    1 row of 18" Install: $700

    2 row of 18" Install: $1000

     

    Includes extension hair, colour for your hair and the install

    1 row of 22" Install: $1000

    2 row of 22" Install: $1600 

    Includes extension hair, colour for your hair and the install

     

    Maintenance: 

    1 row move up every 7-9 weeks: $200 

    2 row move up every 7-9 weeks: $300

    Colour is additional if needed

     

    By Signing I hereby agree to keep the extensions in for a minimum of 6 months as part of being a model.

    This is the final stage of the application and the most important.

    • Must be photos of your current hair.
    • Use your cell phone.
    • Make sure ALL of your hair is in the photo and NO editing/filter
    • Take in natural lighting indoors (No Flashes or Direct Sunlight)
    • You will take two photos - Front and Back.
