Vehicular Traffic Festival Load-in/out Policy:
As of August 2014, any vendor requiring the use of a motor vehicle of any type to access designated locations for setup will be mandated to follow designated routes while inside the grounds of BREC's Baton Rouge Zoo.
NOTE: Any deviation from this mandatory policy will result in a review of the vendor's opportunity to return to any BREC's Baton Rouge Zoo/BR Zoo Foundation event or festival.
Vendors must follow pre-determined routes marked by signs/barricades/stanchions for load in/out. Prior to entering the service gate, vendors must be escorted by an employee of BREC's Baton Rouge Zoo or BR Zoo Foundation, turn on emergency lights and proceed at a speed limit of 5 miles per hour.
