Vendors must be moved out within one hour at the end of the festival.

The vendor is responsible for the orderly presentation of their exhibit, cleaning within their exhibition space, and abiding by all rules and safety measures required by the festival.

Vendors are responsible for communicating all participation requirements to the staff working at the festival. Vendor booths that do not abide by festival rules may be removed from the festival and barred from future festivals.

    Food/Beverage Samples and Sales:

Under no circumstances may a vendor provide alcohol or THC products at their booth. Any vendor sampling or selling food/beverages must comply with all governmental regulations concerning these items' storage, preparation, and distribution. Additionally, vendors must provide a hand-washing station in their booth or supply booth workers with rubber gloves and require them to be worn at all times that a worker may handle items intended for consumption. MNCBG reserves the right to terminate the distribution of any product if deemed necessary for public safety reasons.
