Terms and Conditions
Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully, and save them for future reference.
Space Reservation, Set-up, Staffing & Tear-down:
Vendors may not assign or sublease their space to any person or entity. Vendors must be ready to serve guests when attendees enter the marketplace. Vendor booths must always be staffed; a booth can never be left unattended (unless the product sells out). Vendors must be moved out within one hour at the end of the festival.
The vendor is responsible for the orderly presentation of their exhibit, cleaning within their exhibition space, and abiding by all rules and safety measures required by the festival.
Vendors are responsible for communicating all participation requirements to the staff working at the festival. Vendor booths that do not abide by festival rules may be removed from the festival and barred from future festivals.
Food/Beverage Samples and Sales:
Under no circumstances may a vendor provide alcohol or THC products at their booth. Any vendor sampling or selling food/beverages must comply with all governmental regulations concerning these items' storage, preparation, and distribution. Additionally, vendors must provide a hand-washing station in their booth or supply booth workers with rubber gloves and require them to be worn at all times that a worker may handle items intended for consumption. MNCBG reserves the right to terminate the distribution of any product if deemed necessary for public safety reasons.
Cancellation:
If an MNCBG event or any part of an MNCBG event is canceled or rescheduled, under no circumstances shall MNCBG be liable for costs or damages incurred by the vendor due to such cancellation or rescheduling.
Photography, Audio, and Video:
By signing this contract, the vendor grants MNCBG permission to photograph and/or record audio and/or video of the booth and staff during any set-up, festival, or tear-down portion. The vendor grants MNCBG a perpetual nonexclusive license to use this recorded content in MNCBG products and advertising.
Event Terms and Conditions:
The MNCBG welcomes everyone regardless of race, religion, age, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, or ability. Creating a safe, inclusive, and welcoming environment at our events is a top priority, and we are committed to immediately addressing any violations of these principles. Discrimination, intolerance, harassment, or violence will not be tolerated within our organization, membership, or events. Please read our full Event Terms and Conditions and expectations for staff, vendors, attendees, and volunteers on our website.
