Artistic Legends ABA is dedicated to delivering reliable services according to the agreed-upon schedule. Initial ABA service hours will be proposed in the treatment plan, considering medical necessity and behavioral assessment results. A mutually agreed monthly or weekly service schedule will be established between the parent/guardian and Artistic Legends ABA.
Recognizing that unforeseen circumstances may require appointment cancellations, Artistic Legends ABA has established the following policy:
1. **Cancellation Procedure:** The parent/guardian must directly contact the supervising BCBA or therapist at least 24 hours before the scheduled session(s) to cancel or reschedule.
2. **No-Show/Late Cancellation Fee:** Failure to provide a 24-hour notice will result in a $60 No-Show/Late Cancellation Fee.
3. **Excessive Cancellations:** Due to the importance of therapy consistency, excessive cancellations by a parent/guardian may lead to termination of services.
4. **Sick Child Policy:** If a therapist arrives and the client or a household member is sick (refer to Artistic Legends ABA Sick Policy), the therapist cannot proceed with the scheduled appointment. The responsible party will be charged thirty (30) minutes for the session, reflecting non-compliance with the Sick Policy. Note that this charge is not billable or reimbursable.
