HOW TO USE THIS FORM
A Pony Club member (individual) or Pony Club® organisation may lodge a complaint by completing this Complaint Form as soon as reasonably possible following the alleged breach.
UNOFFICIAL COMPLAINT (Report)
You may also use this form to report an alleged breach of Pony Club Integrity policies. A "report" is an unofficial complaint, unofficial complaints are notifications and may or may not be actioned by the organisation. If you want the organisation to conduct an investigation or commence disciplinary action please make a formal complaint.
WHO CAN USE THIS FORM
- Any person who has seen something that the don't believe promotes the ideals of the organisation or is a potential breach of Association policy.
This Complaint Form must be completed in full at the time of submission, where it is not, the organisation is not obliged to process the Complaint. Acknowledgement of receipt of this form will be sent to the email provided in the complaint. An incomplete Complaint Form will not be actioned, the Complainant will be notified their complaint is incomplete or insufficient.
