    DART adheres to the Access NI Code of Practice, and as required by the Code of Practice we have in place an ex-offenders recruitment policy as well as a policy on the secure handling, use storage and retention of disclosure information.     Training Terms & Conditions – D1 Drive to Thrive Programme
    Please note that delivering this training represents a significant cost to DART. For this reason, it is essential that candidates fully commit to completing the course once enrolled.

    Attendance & Completion
    Delegates are expected to attend all scheduled sessions and complete the full programme. Candidates who choose to withdraw, fail to attend, or do not complete the course will be liable for the full training cost.

    Cancellations
    If a delegate is unable to attend, cancellation must be made at least three working days before the course commences. 


    Examination
    Delegates who do not pass their exam theory exam will be required to pay the re-sit fee.
