 CANCELLATION POLICY FOR IN-PERSON COURSES

We reserve the right to cancel courses and provide a full refund.

Please note if you are booking training the following cancellation policy applies. All bookings are accepted on this basis.

Courses cancelled by you prior to one month before the course date - full refund.

Courses cancelled by you two weeks prior to course date - 50% refund.

Courses cancelled by you within two weeks of course date - no refund.

We strongly advise that delegates take out a small insurance policy to cover any cancellation, we are unable to refund at less than two weeks' notice. Groups are small and we have standard charges and trainer's costs which must be covered.

CANCELLATION POLICY FOR ONLINE COURSES

We cannot offer a refund once you have received the online content and your training pack has been dispatched. Please be 100% happy to proceed with the booking.

All site and training materials are owned by the School of Calmology and are protected by UK and EU copyright, trademark and other laws.

2. Trademarks

Baby Reflex, Toddler Reflex, Baby Reflexage, The School of Calmology, Calmology Concept and their respective designs and/or logos are either trademarks or registered trademarks of The School of Calmology and may not be copied, imitated or used, in whole or in part, without the prior written permission of The School of Calmology.  

I agree to the copyright terms. I understand that I must not reproduce, distribute, republish, download, display, post or transmitted in any form or by any means, including, but not limited to, electronic, mechanical, photocopying, recording or otherwise, without the prior written permission of The School of Calmology or the respective intellectual property owner. 

Any other use of the materials in the sites (including any commercial use, reproduction, modification, distribution, republication, display, or performance), without the prior written permission of The School of Calmology, is strictly prohibited. 

I understand that I must credit The School of Calmology or the course completed (For example Baby Reflex) when citing or referencing any of the course content on my social media platforms or webpages.

Use of our logos to promote your training is permitted.

I accept that my qualification only allows me to carry out one to one treatments (Proving a reflexology or massage diploma is held) and to teach parents, guardians and grandparents.

I understand that I am not qualified to teach other practitioners these techniques.

I accept that to do any of the above would be an infringement of The School of Calmology's copyright and intellectual property, and would be in breach of my contract with The School of Calmology. I understand that should I infringe on any of the above, legal action may be taken against me.
