FULL SPECTRUM OPEN JURIED ART SHOW

Submit Online: Now through Sunday, Jan 9, 2026.
Artwork Drop-off: Sunday, Jan 11, 2026 from 11am-3pm
No works accepted after the deadline. All works must be hand-delivered. 
Show Dates: Friday, Jan. 16, 2026 - Sunday, Feb. 1, 2026
Opening Reception: Jan. 24, 2026, 4:00 pm - 6:00 pm
Awards announced between 3:00pm-3:30pm 
The Full Spectrum Show judge is Jessica Yagid and is not affiliated with Gallery 25 & Creative Arts Studio. 
 
Eligibility:
All artwork mediums will be accepted except photography. All images must be created by exhibiting artists. We ask that displayed artwork be suitable for viewing by all ages. Fine art implied nude artwork will be subject to review and approval. Fine art nude artwork cannot be accepted for the show. The Committee reserves the right to determine suitability of any artwork displayed.
ALL WORK MUST BE WIRED or a secure stand must be provided.

Guidelines:  
Entry fee per each artwork piece submitted is $20 (you may submit up to 4 pieces each) of original work, no larger than (roughly 36” x 36” including frame).
Before you submit, please be sure your image meets the eligibility guidelines.
Entry fees are non-refundable. 

-All work must be wired for gallery hanging (no sawtooth hangers).
-All work must be for sale - 30% commission on all sales. 
-Artist agrees work is left “at his/her/the artist’s own risk.”  
-The Gallery and/or judge/jurors have the right to refuse artwork for any reason as well as if artwork does not meet eligibility guidelines. 

You will need the following items at time of delivery: 
1. Inventory form and artwork labels on pages 4-5; print and fill them out and attach to the back of each of your artwork submitted. 
2. A completed W-9. W-9 forms available at the Gallery (if needed) and at: https://www.irs.gov/pub/irs-pdf/fw9.pdf 
 
PAYMENT/ACCEPTANCE:
You will be prompted to pay online when you submit your images. Once you submit, you should receive an email stating that you have successfully submitted and that you are entered into the 2026 Full Spectrum Open Juried Art Show.

If you do not receive this email, please check your spam folder or check with us as we may have not have received your submission.
If you would like to submit in person, we will accept payment at drop off. If you chose to submit in person at drop off, you must email your image(s) to gallery25newmilfordct@gmail.com PRIOR to drop off date. We will accept cash, credit cards and checks. Checks should be made out to “Town of New Milford”; on the note line, please write “Gallery 25 2026 Full Spectrum Art Show”. 

Pick-up of Exhibited Works: Sunday, Feb. 1, 2026 from 10am -4pm.

PLEASE NOTE: Gallery 25 has no space for storage. Any work left at the Gallery for more than 2 weeks after pickup date will be donated. 

Sales: 30% commission on all sales. ALL WORK MUST BE FOR SALE. Each artist submitting work must fill out a W-9. A check for sold work (minus 30% commission) will be sent to the artist within 30-45 days after the closing of the show. 

Liability: Gallery 25 and Creative Arts Studio, its gallery attendants, members of New Milford Commission on the Arts and employees of the Town of New Milford are not responsible for work submitted for exhibition. All work is submitted and left with Gallery 25 at artist’s own risk.  All work must be picked up by the date listed above. The artist agrees with all of the above Guidelines for the Full Spectrum Art Show 2026.
