Notices for Booking
If a group has more than 1 bus, they must book a session per the number of buses (i.e.- 3 buses will require 3 tours).
All tours must have minimum of one chaperone per 10 children.
Maximum site capacity is 4 buses per day. If a group has 5 buses, they will need to book their tours over a span of two days.
Maximum of 60 students per reservation.
Maximum of 75 total people per reservation.
This is the total number of people per group. This includes people who are not participating/climbing and are “only chaperoning." They are still part of the group! We have capacity limits in place for safety
Once the group has been booked based on the information they provide here- they will receive a confirmation email that links their estimated cost, their confirmed time and date, safety and expectations (a link they are expected to review with students), and Hannah Millhollon’s contact information.
