SHOW DATES: Friday, August 9-Sunday, August 25
OPENING RECEPTION: August 10, 2pm – 4pm (awards announced at 3:30pm)
ELIGIBILITY:
Guidelines:
Entry fee is $20.00 each piece submitted (up to 4 pieces of original work), no larger than 36”x36”.
Entry Fees are non-refundable.
All works must be framed and wired for gallery hanging (no monofilament or sawtooth
hangers.
All works must be for sale (minus 30% commission on all sales)
Artist agrees work is left “at his/her/the artist’s own risk.”
The Gallery and/or judge/jurors have the right to refuse art work for any reason.
You will need the following items at time of delivery:
1. Inventory form and labels; print and fill them out (from the terms and conditions).
2. A completed W-9. W-9 forms available at: https://
www.irs.gov/forms-pubs/about-form-w-9
PICK UP EXHIBITED WORKS: Sunday, August 25, 2024 from 10am-4pm.
PLEASE NOTE: Gallery 25 has no space for storage. Any work left at the Gallery for more than 2 weeks after pickup deadline will be donated.
SALES: 30% commission on all sales. ALL WORKS MUST BE FOR SALE. Each artist submitting works must fill out a W-9. A check for sold work (minus 30% commission) will be sent to the artist within 30 days after the closing of the show.
LIABILITY: Gallery 25, its Gallery attendants, members of New Milford Commission on the Arts are not responsibility for work submitted for exhibition. All work is submitted and left with Gallery 25 at artist’s own risk. All works must be picked up by date listed above.
