Deadline for submissions is Thursday, May 28, 2026
You may submit up to four (4) digital images of work for the show---no later than Thursday, May 28. All work must be personally created by the artist. Drop off of the images submitted is Sunday, May 31 from 11am-3pm

The show entry fee for Exposures Photography Show 2026 is $20 per photo/piece submitted (you may submit up to 4 pieces). Town of New Milford receives a 30% commission on sold displayed work. Artists fee payments due at time of entry. All works submitted must be for sale and delivered to Gallery 25 by 3pm on Sunday, May 31. If you need to drop off your artwork prior to Sunday, please note in the comment section. You may also submit in person (instead of online) the day of, however, you must email the gallery with the image, title, cost and size of your image prior to May 28 at gallery25newmilfordct@gmail.com. Payment is due upon submission.

Photography Drop-off: Sunday, May 31, 2025 from 11pm-3pm
No works accepted after the deadline. All works must be hand-delivered.
ALL WORK MUST BE WIRED.

Show Dates: Wednesday, June 3 - Sunday, June 28
Opening Reception: Saturday, June 6, 4-6pm
Awards announced between 5:00pm-5:30pm
The Photography Show judge is not affiliated with Gallery 25 & Creative Arts Studio.

Eligibility:
Analog, digital, and alternative photography processes will be accepted. Images may be edited in the darkroom or with software. No multimedia works. All images must be taken by exhibiting photographer. 2D, wall-hung work only. ALL WORK MUST BE WIRED and FRAMING SECURE.

Guidelines:
Entry fee per each photography piece submitted is $20 (you may submit up to 4 pieces) of original photographic work, no larger than (roughly 36” x 36” including frame).
Entry fees are non-refundable.
-All work must be framed and wired for gallery hanging (no sawtooth hangers).
-All work must be for sale - 30% commission on all sales.
-Artist agrees work is left “at his/her/the artist’s own risk.”
-The Gallery and/or judge/jurors have the right to refuse artwork for any reason.
-We ask that displayed artwork be suitable for viewing by all ages. Fine art implied nude artwork will be subject to review and approval. Fine art nude artwork cannot be accepted for the show. The Committee reserves the right to determine suitability of any artwork displayed.

You will need the following items at time of delivery:
1. Photograph labels; attach to the back of each of your photos submitted.
2. A completed W-9. W-9 forms available at the Gallery (if needed) and at: https://www.irs.gov/pub/irs-pdf/fw9.pdf

PAYMENT/ACCEPTANCE:
You will be prompted to pay online when you submit your images. Once you submit, you should receive an email stating that you have successfully submitted and that you are entered into the 2026 Exposures Open Juried Photography Show.
If you do not receive this email, please check your spam folder or check with us as we may have not have received your submission.

If you would like to submit in person, we will accept payment at drop off. If you chose to submit in person at drop off, you must email your image(s) to gallery25newmilfordct@gmail.com PRIOR to drop off date. We will accept cash, credit cards and checks. Checks should be made out to “Town of New Milford”; on the note line, please write “Gallery 25 2026 photo show”.

Pick-up of Exhibited Works: Sunday, June 28 from 10am -4pm.
PLEASE NOTE: Gallery 25 has no space for storage. Any work left at the Gallery for more than 2 weeks after pickup date will be donated.
