Meeting Room Request Form
To request information or to check the availability of Maplewood Public Library's meeting room, complete the form below. Please note: completing this form does not confirm your reservation. To reserve the meeting room, be sure you have read the meeting room rental policy and completed the rental agreement available on the Library's website. The standard rental fee for all organizations for up to 4 hours is $25. Maplewood governmental organizations, educational bodies, and municipal boards and departments may use the room for no charge.
