Meeting Room Request Form
To request information or to check the availability of Maplewood Public Library's meeting room, complete the form below. This form is only for the Meeting Room; if you are interested in a Study Room, call 314-781-7323 or email info@maplewoodpubliclibrary.org. Completing this form does not confirm your reservation. To reserve the meeting room, be sure you have read the meeting room rental policy and completed the rental agreement available on the Library's website. The standard rental fee for all organizations for up to 4 hours is $25. Governmental organizations, educational bodies, and municipal boards and departments associated with Maplewood, MO may use the room for no charge. PLEASE NOTE: Our projector is currently out of order and cannot be used for meetings at this time.
