Set up
Friday April 10 - 4pm- 8pm Outdoor space set up NOT available on Fri.
Saturday April 11 - 7am *Outdoor space set up 7am - 9am. You will be able to drive directly to your outdoor space to unload. Vehicles must be moved to the parking lot NO LATER THAN 9AM when doors open to the public
Doors open to publc at 9am on Saturday,
1.Spaces are 10' frontage. [Plan on 8' table/display to allow for personal movement in and around your space.]
2. Non-Profits are 5' frontage. Tables longer than 5 ft will not fit
3. You are responsible for your set up to include displays, tables, coverings and signage.
4. Two chairs will be provided with the exception for outdoor spaces which must provide their own chairs.
5. This is an invasive-free fair and advertised as such. Invasive plants and/or seeds will not be allowed. For a complete list of Indiana Invasive Plants: Indiana Invasive Plant List
Fees
Card payments are available via our website with a $5 service fee: www.mcmga.net
Fees must be received within 2 weeks after application is received. Acknowledgement of receiving application will be sent to you.
Non payment by this deadline will result in being placed on the waitlist.
If someone other than the applicant is submitting payment, please write on the check what business it is for.
Cancellation Policy
Refunds, less $50, if notice is received before March 15, 2026.
NO refunds are given on or after March 15th. If we are able to fill your space, we will refund your fee less $50.
No refunds for outdoor spaces are given due to weather.
