-If your pet is destructive, and we are not warned of this prior to their drop-off, you will receive a bill for any property damage they may have caused during their stay with us. Obviously your pet will be under careful watch, but if your pet can not be safely contained in a crate/kennel during rest times without destruction then we may ask that you replace or compensate for the destruction.
***Cancellation and early Pick-Up Policy***
Please plan carefully when booking your pets stay with us...Payment is due at the time of Drop-off. However if your plans change and you decide to cancel your reservation you MUST do so atleast 72hrs prior to your scheduled drop-off time/date. If you do not notify us atleast 72hrs in advance, we will still be billing you for 50% of the cost that your original booking was scheduled for. (Space is limited here, we often have to turn down clients to avoid over booking, this means when you cancel your pets stay with us last minute, we likely will not be able to recoup the income lost with another reservation, as most families need more than 72hrs to plan, therefore our business takes a big negative hit when cancellations occur. We dont like charging our clients when they must cancel, but we have to in order to keep our business moving forward and to avoid "no-call, no-shows".) This also means that Early Pick-ups will still be charged the full amount of the original booking, and that No refunds will be issued for picking your pet up before the original booked Pick-Up time.
By signing and submitting this form, you agree to these policies and understand that we reserve the right to refuse the boarding of any animal that shows signs of illness or aggression at the time of drop-off and that we may ask you to pick the pet up if illness or aggression becomes present while the pet is in our care for the safety of our staff and other pets in our care. We do also house Rescue dogs on the property that are waiting for forever homes, however your pet will NOT be interacting with them (Unless priorly arranged), nor will they be kenneled in the same areas as the rescue dogs to help ensure their is no cross contamination of the rescue animals and the owned pets IF a virus or parasite were to be present.
