About the Venue
Please bring with you all supplies and materials you need to showcase your business. If you require power for your table, you must indicate YES in the appropriate place on this application form and bring with you a long extension cord (approx. 10’) in the event your table is not directly by an outlet. Power Supply spots are VERY limited and are NOT guaranteed. There is an additional fee of $10 for this option. All materials should be contained to the table provided, please do not stick signs or items on the walls around you. If you are a vendor selling any type of food, an additional form for the Health Department may be required for you to fill out. WIFI: Is available. ATM: There may be a Bank Machine onsite however, you may still want to offer a form of payment other than cash to avoid losing a potential sale in the event one is not provided. Lunch: There is no food available in the facility for purchase. Food: Food will not be provided by the organizer, however there may be vendors selling food as part of this event or restaurants near the facility with food for purchase.
About the Event
•You may begin setting up your table by 8:30am. Your table Must be set up and ready to go by 10:00am (show time). •There will be a Tent Card with your assigned table number at your assigned location, please do not change your location. If there is a problem, speak with Sandy (The Organizer) •If there is a Raffle Table associated to this event, vendors will be notified about participating in the Raffle. •We will not book more than one vendor per company name but PLEASE NOTE, there is no exclusivity and there may be more than one vendor selling the same type of product.
Marketing for the Event
•Outdoor Signage(lawn signs) will be added surrounding the venue and nearby streets/intersections where permission by venue is granted. •Online advertising on community websites and Facebook pages in the city of the event as well as surrounding cities and will also be added to Bare Canvas Events Facebook and Instagram pages. •Facebook campaign will be created •Outdoor mobile signage will be erected where permission by venue is granted. Note: Sources of advertising will be provided at a later date.
Photo Release
I hereby grant permission to Bare Canvas Events to use photographs and/or video of me or my items taken during any Bare Canvas Event I participate in for 2024 to be used in publications, news releases, online, promotions, website etc. Please sign below

Event Terms & Conditions
•We reserve the right to select vendors based on professionalism, product quality & category. This is to ensure a fair balance of displayed items •Full payment must accompany your application once you have been approved, Fees are not transferable to future events. •No refunds issued under any circumstances unless this event is cancelled by Bare Canvas Events. If the cancellation is due to measures out of the control of Bare Canvas Events, such as mandatory closures in the case of such instances as COVID 19 or similar then Bare Canvas Events will retain 50% of the fee and the vendor will be issued a credit for the remaining 50% of the fee. If the event must be cancelled within one month of the event then Bare Canvas Events will retain 70% of the fee and the vendor will be issued a credit for the remaining 30% of the fee. •Request for Wall space is assigned at the discretion of Bare Canvas Events. •You may note your request on the application form, however that request is NOT guaranteed. I will do my best to accommodate. •The sharing of booths between businesses is not permitted. Each business/company must purchase their own table to showcase their products/services. •Tables must be draped with a table cloth/cover. •Your application must list all items you intend to sell. Please do not deviate from this list without notice & approval by Bare Canvas Events as vendors are chosen to showcase a variety of items. •Bare Canvas Events reserves the right to remove ANY vendor from this event that is causing fights, inappropriate arguments/conversations, slander, racism, etc.. without refunding fees paid. Please act appropriately & professionally when exhibiting at any Bare Canvas Event
How to Book a Table
•Visit www.barecanvasevents.ca and fill out the application form for the event your are interested in participating in under the "Vendor Events" tab •Once your application is received, Sandy will email you to let you know if you have been approved. •Once approved, an email will be sent with instruction on how to make your e-transfer payment to secure your spot •PLEASE NOTE, even if you have been approved, your spot is NOT confirmed until payment is made. •Once payment has been made, you will receive a confirmation email.

Vendor/Exhibitor Expectations
•By signing this contract you have made a commitment to be present during the entire show from 10:00am to 3:00pm. Please DO NOT pack up early or leave the event early. •This becomes very distracting for the other vendors and confusing for the attendees who may think the show is coming to an end if they see vendors packing up early. A soft tear down of your table should not begin any sooner than 2:50pm. Failing to adhere to this rule, may result in removal of your company from our vendor list for future events. •Make sure to bring along all supplies you may need on Event Day including tablecloth, business cards/flyers, extension cords (if you have paid for a table with power), dolly to transport items. •Bare Canvas Events will do all we can to promote this event, however it is in your best interest to "like" and "share" the event through the Bare Canvas Events Facebook & Instagram pages & your responsibility to also promote this event as much as possible to ensure a successful show. •Failing to show up on Event Day without notice may result in removal of your company from our vendor list for future events.
