Lake Country Board MLS / Paragon Subscriber Change Form

For Current Members of the Lake Country MLS/Paragon System
When an office is subscribed to the Lake Country Board MLS, any agent changes should be submitted by way of this form to help us update our MLS/Paragon records. This form is only for Offices/Agents that are currently subscribed to LCBR's MLS services and utilizing Paragon. New agents that have not yet been set up with LCBR MLS should submit an Online Membership/MLS Application to get started.

If a LCBR REALTOR® member changes offices or their license status changes, they should submit LCBR's Transfer Request Form in lieu of or in addition to this form.

If a REALTOR® member is switching Associations/Boards, they should submit a membership application to join the new Association/Board of REALTORS®.

Please note, any changes to your MLS Roster on or after the first of the month will be reflected on the upcoming month's invoice.
