Day Camp Instruction
- Station-based activities focused on introducing basic hand-eye coordination and racquet handling skills to youth ages 6 to 12.
- Instruction occurs as part of CPD’s 6-week day camp.
- USTA Chicago attends each camp every week for as much time as is necessary for all campers to receive one hour of instruction each week.

Youth Tennis 101 Classes
- Traditional red ball instruction in class format.
- USTA’s Net Generation curriculum allows players to gain understanding of basic skills in a supportive, play-based format.
- Classes scheduled in series of 6-week sessions and/or as 5-day/week sessions as “extended day” camps with CPD’s day camp program.

Adult Cardio Tennis Classes
- Adult fitness classes run on a tennis court focusing on fast-paced games, high energy coaching, and upbeat music.
- Lower compression orange balls are used to equalize skill levels and extend the length of points so athletes maximize cardio benefits.
- Classes held in 6-week sessions with one hour class held every week.
