Reiki is a healing technique that uses the universal life force energy to balance the subtle energies within our bodies to aid in healing and contributes to balanced physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual wellbeing.
Reiki can aid in physical healing but is not a replacement for licensed medical treatment or mental health services.
During and after a Reiki healing session, you might feel temperature fluctuations, tingling or buzzing, a floating sensation, emotional release, increased relaxation, enhanced sense of balance, centeredness, and calm.
Reiki is a safe practise, but if you experience any pain or discomfort during a session, immediately discontinue the session by stopping the audio track if you are listening to the meditation MP3 and inform your practitioner.
The effects of Reiki are cumulative. Regular Reiki treatments can invite significant improvement. Regular sessions support well-being in every way as your move through life and as your needs evolve.
You do not have to do anything to receive Distance Reiki, though it will be beneficial to be in a relaxed state when you activate your session and listen to the MP3. Your practitioner will set the intention that Distance Reiki will find you at the right time if that's not possible.
DO NOT DRIVE WHILE LISTENING TO ANY MEDITATION MP3 OR AUDIO.
After a distance session, your Reiki practitioner will email you any observations from the session and include a recording that you can listen to and relax or meditate with for your own interpretation of the energy exchange, though it is not necessary.
