The application deadline has been extended to September 5, 2025. We work on the lineup year-round, so the earlier you submit your interest in participating, the better.

Please note: Palm Springs Pride will focus primarily on local talent and will not cover travel and/or accommodation expenses. We receive many applications and inquiries, and we cannot accept any by walk-in, email, or phone. Unfortunately, due to many submissions, we cannot accommodate every artist who applies. We would love to have everyone!

The Artist/DJ acknowledges that there will be media, photographers, video, and other documentation systems on the site by agreeing to perform. Palm Springs Pride cannot be held responsible for the use of any images taken. Palm Springs Pride reserves the right to use any images it controls for future advertising and promotion with no compensation to the Artists/DJs. By clicking the SEND APPLICATION button below, you agree to these terms, and this will be understood as your media consent/release documentation.

Note that you may see an uploading message or no activity for what will seem like forever if you are uploading large photos and other documents. Take a break, get a cup of tea or pop a B12 and sit back. The upload angels will do their stuff after you hit the button below. Please be patient, and if you put a bag of popcorn in the microwave, don't forget it. Nobody likes that burnt popcorn smell.
Performance Fee:

Palm Springs Pride offers a standard performance fee to artists.

Artists selected to perform at Palm Springs Pride have the option to receive payment or donate the fee to Palm Springs Pride's community-building and grassroots programming, which advances equality and respect for LGBTQ+ people locally and globally.
