Doula Position Overview:

We are seeking trained Birth/Postpartum Doulas to join our team. The successful candidates will play a vital role in providing emotional, physical, and informational support to expectant mothers during labor and childbirth or families during the postpartum period. As a key member of our practice, the doula will contribute to the overall well-being and positive experience of our clients. This is a contracted position. It does not offer benefits and is paid per client through self pay, funds, or billing.

Qualifications:
1. Trained birth doula
2. Trained or willing to be trained as a postpartum doula
3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Empathy, compassion, and a non-judgmental approach to supporting diverse families.
4. Knowledge of current best practices in birthing and postpartum care.
5. Flexible schedule
