This form is to be completed by international student(or the guardian for under 18 years old student) who wish to withdraw/cancel their studies. Deferral of enrolment will be granted in compassionate or complelling circumstances as per INUS English's Suspension, Deferral and Cancellation Policy. Students are required to provide documentary evidance of such circumstances. Face to face interview may be required to process the withdrawal/cancellation
- You must complete all required sections (*), so we can process your application.
- Please contact us if you have any questions.
- You might need to submit scans/photos of:
  - Your passport
  - Visa Refusal or Withdrawal case: Refusal letter or Acknolodgement letter of withdrwal from DoHA
  - Flight ticket if you go out of the state or Australia
  - Letter of offer or COE or any course invitation from another institute
  - If you are under 18 years old, you might need your parent/guardian information.
